Carter Fleming Leadership ("CFL") was established with the ever-increasing demand from our clients to provide human capital solutions, in markets with a need for “compelling change”.

We are data led, generated from our proprietary technologies. Our sister entity, a software technology early enabler in text to speech and generative analytics, allows us to foresee trends in the market with people, by companies, functions, teams, locations and separately, be able to cross analyse against diversity indexes such as age, gender and culture elements such as nationality.
Usually, we are first aware of market talent movement considerations. We are best suited for firms undergoing transformative change or early-stage start-up / newco situations. Rapid response being a key element, with local knowledge and global outreach.
