Alexander offers strategic advice to CEOs and boards within the technology industry. He draws in two decades of leadership expertise, having supported a number of start-up entities, PE backed firms, corporates at large. Early in his career, he has streamlined and accelerated business processes and decision-making. Thereafter, he has supported firms by integrating data science and analytics, automation, innovation, manufacturing excellence and generative AI.

Aidan joined leadership search relatively recently five years ago, delivering solutions primarily for large corporates and private equity firms. His expertise revolves around software, tech based systems and associated services. Having started a tech firm, his deep expertise has proven valuable for early-mid stage entities.

Irfan advises global boards on people and technology solutions cross industry. He has delivered leadership solutions for government led development initiatives, corporate transformations, newco start-ups and special situations (activist / M&A&D). In parallel, Irfan is a Special Advisor for two sovereign entities, two global asset funds and an activist group.

Julie has advised many of the world’s entities in the entertainment field, from innovation led firms through to traditional leisure related entities. More recently Julie has been heavily involved in the sports sector. Julie started her career in technology and moved into gaming. Julie is considered one of our experts in research. She also advises a number of firms across the telecoms and technology sectors.

Caroline is an expert in the TMT sector, encompassing entertainment, leisure, gaming and sports. Caroline has been responsible for many of the media diversification from conglomerates to specialised firms. She also advises companies on matters around governance, legal and risk. Caroline also advises firms in the technology sector from software to digital based entities, data, semiconductor, cyber and generative AI. In more recent years, she has been involved with transformation initiatives with many of Europe’s telecom players.
